Meet Our Staff

Operations Manager and Coach

Katie joined our team in 2017 whilst studying for her degree at Exeter University. Since then she has taken on important adminastrative roles. Katie also enjoys running in her spare time and is training for an Iron Man.

Welfare Officer

Sally has been an avid member of this facility for several years and got invovled due to her daughters participation in our WAG Squad. She has taken on the role of our welfare officer. Sally enjoys spending time with her family and most importantly her bunny rabbits.

Head of MAG and Coach

Alex has been a coach at Penryn Gymnastics Centre for 7 yeras. As the head of our MAG programme he has had several children attend National Finals and the British Championships. 

Head of Novice and Coach

Orla has been with Penryn Gymnastics Centre since we opened in 2015 and started working full time in 2017 through the British Gymnastics Apprenticeship Programme. Orla is now highly involved in our WAG & Novice Squads, as well as being in charge of our Pre-School Programme. In her spare time, she also teaches Acro/dance at Jason Thomas Performing Arts. 

Coach

After competing at a high level of gymnastics throughout her childhood, Anna has continued to trhive within the sport and is now and important member within this gymnastics centre. She has taken on an important role of Head of Badges as well as being highly involved in our competitive programme.

Lucie has taken part in gymnastics from a young age and joined our team whilst studying for hwer degree in textials and Falmouth University. She has taken her love for the sport into her coaching. Becoming a fantastic member of our team, working within our WAG and Novice Programme.

Jason coaches along side being a full time teacher. He also participates in our adult gymnastics classes.

Holly competed at the Adult British Championships in 2024.

Lily has been a gymnasts with us for a very long time. She continues to train along side her coaching.

After several years of competing in Acro Gymnastics, Izzy is now valued member of our team. Assisting with both  recreational classes and some of our competitive groups.

Mimi continues to train in our WAG squad along side her coaching. A higlight of her gymnastics is that she was National Bar Champion in 2022. 

Trampolining Coach

After several years of competing in high level Trampolining competitions, Holly is now valued member of our team. Coaching with our Trampoling classes.

Becky' s passion for coaching gymnastics has developed after several year of watching her daughter thrive within our competitive programme. She is now highly involved in our pre-school and recreational classes.
